Sea Dreams
Cornwall Planning Group were there every step of the way with this sweet little development of six houses, in a secluded location, overlooking the enchanting St Michaels Mount in Marazion, where we achieved planning permission, supplied building regulations, SAP and air pressure testing and new build warranties for all.
There’s an eclectic range of two, three and four bedroom properties on site, all of which have lots of parking, fabulous sea views and beautiful private gardens to the rear looking over the vast countryside. One of our favourite combos again – coast and countryside!
Each property has quality appliances, fixtures and fittings, including air source underfloor heating, which helps towards the appeal of these sought-after townhouses.
