Tregony is a charming village on the edge of Cornwall’s Roseland Peninsula, home to some of the most amazing walks in the County. This is where you will find this fabulous, quintessentially English countryside cottage.
The client attained a great corner plot here and Cornwall Planning Group worked closely with the them to help with planning permission, building regulations and warranty.
We created a light and airy, high spec, three-bedroom cottage with lounge, kitchen/diner, family bathroom, en suite to the master bedroom, gorgeous garden and plenty of parking. The natural stone exterior, timber sash windows and stone quoins create a lovely traditional home. This really helps the property to slot into the area nicely, as many of the local buildings in this quaint little village have a similar feel.
The client also wanted to incorporate air source pump, which are versatile and can work for either heating or cooling purposes. They are a great source of renewable energy and very cheap to run.
