Bryallen
Just a stone’s throw from Tehidy’s stunning World Heritage Site, the site where Bryallen now stands previously hosted another property, but was seen as the perfect location for our clients’ ‘forever’ home.
Demolishing the existing property, we looked to replace the old house with a series of multi-use spaces, that are able to adapt to fit the owner’s changing needs as time passes. Linked aesthetically, these two separate spaces included a sustainable new dwelling and multi-purpose domestic double garage. Our plans heavily incorporated symmetry, with exposed stone and slate creating a modern yet rustic appearance.
Featuring three bedrooms and spacious living areas, both the exterior and interior of Bryallen are accentuated by glass and wood highlights. Chic, contemporary and always connected to the outdoors, the site has been completely reinvented through the addition of modern luxuries – such wooden decking and an eye-catching conservatory.
